ROOFING FOR NEW BUILD HOMES - FROM SINGLE SELF-BUILDS TO LARGE-SCALE DEVELOPMENTS
New build roofing is the largest part of what we do. Whether you're project-managing your own self-build or specifying roofing across a multi-plot development, Excel Roofing Services delivers on programme, on spec, and on budget - across Hampshire, Dorset, Berkshire, Surrey and West Sussex.
Self-Build & Individual New Homes
Building Your Own Home?
Building Your Own Home?
Your Roof is too Important to get Wrong
A self-build is highly personal - and the type of roof is one of the largest decisions of the whole project. We work directly with self-builders, architects and main contractors to advise, specify and fit roofing that matches the design intent, the budget and the build programme.
- Straightforward, honest quoting - no surprises once work starts
- Advice on roof coverings, insulation values and detailing at design stage
- Coordination directly with owners, their architects, structural engineers or project managers
- One point of contact from first quote to completion
Regional & National Housebuilders
A Roofing Partner that Keeps Pace with your Build Programme
We work with regional and national housebuilders who need a roofing contractor that they can rely on to deliver consistent, uncompromising quality across multiple plots, without slowing the site down. We have reliable supply chains, trained crews, and a management team that understands what "on programme" actually means within an active site.
- Consistent quality across every plot, every phase
- Full health & safety compliance – NEBOSH-led safety management, CSCS-registered operatives – see other accreditations
- Capacity for multiple concurrent sites
- Established relationships with leading material manufacturers, ensuring supply continuity
- Formal, trained workforce through the South Central Roof Training Group (SCRTG)
We work with Vistry, Persimmon Homes, Barratt Homes and Bellway Homes
